Bookings cover private parties, milestone birthdays, holiday gatherings, weddings, and corporate events across Chicago. The menu is built with you beforehand — a short list of drinks that suit the crowd and can be made well at volume, rather than a long list made badly.
Service includes setup, service through the event, and breakdown. Tell me the headcount, the space, and the hours, and you get a straight quote at $90 per hour with a three-hour minimum.
Every event is worked personally by the owner: Certified Cicerone, former head brewer, former bar owner, 20 years in the industry. Guests served must be 21 or older. Available any day between 11am and 9pm with at least 24 hours’ notice.
