Private Cocktail Classes & Mixology Lessons

Three hours behind your own bar, learning technique, balance, and how to build a drink from scratch instead of following someone else’s recipe.

$300 flat

Lessons are hands-on from the start: shaking and stirring technique, dilution and balance, how to taste a drink and fix it, and how to build your own recipes rather than memorize a list. Everyone makes drinks — nobody watches a demo.

The flat rate covers three hours for up to twelve people, which makes this work for birthdays, showers, team events, and small groups of friends who want a better night than another round at a bar. Lessons happen at your place or mine.

Taught personally by the owner — Certified Cicerone, former head brewer, former bar owner, and 20 years in Chicago hospitality. Guests must be 21 or older. Book at least 24 hours ahead; lessons run any day between 11am and 9pm.
